THB CRM Mobile Application
The terms below govern access to and use of the THB CRM mobile application. Please read them carefully before using the App.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the THB CRM mobile application (the "App"), provided by Sekhmet Technologies Pvt Ltd. ("THB", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App.
The App is an enterprise application intended solely for use by authorized employees and representatives of organizations that have a valid contractual relationship with THB ("Customer"), including hospital staff, field sales representatives, and patient service teams. The App is not intended for use by patients or doctors, and is not available for general public download or self-registration.
Access to the App is invite-only and requires enterprise login credentials issued or authorized by the Customer's administrator. You must not attempt to access the App without a valid invitation and credentials issued through your organization.
Without limiting any other provision of these Terms, you must not:
Your use of the App, including the collection, use, storage, and handling of personal data and patient information, is governed by THB's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Patient data accessible through the App is displayed only to authenticated business Users of the hospital organization with which the relevant patient is registered, and must be handled in accordance with your organization's confidentiality obligations and applicable law.
Use of the App is permitted only for employees and representatives of organizations that are contracted enterprise customers of THB. The App is provided as part of THB's commercial arrangement with the Customer and is not separately sold, licensed, or made available to individual Users outside of that arrangement. THB does not offer in-app purchases or individual subscription tiers through the App.
THB may, at its discretion, modify, update, remove, suspend, or discontinue any feature, module, or functionality of the App, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, or product development reasons.
Your access to the App is controlled by your organization. Where your organization's Active Directory (AD) is integrated with the App, your access will be automatically deactivated upon your departure from the organization in line with the organization's offboarding process. Where AD integration is not in place, your organization's administrator may disable your access at any time, with or without notice, at the Customer's discretion.
THB may also suspend or terminate access to the App where necessary to maintain security, comply with law, or address a breach of these Terms.
THB implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the App and the data it processes. Currently, access to the App is secured through application-level login with passwords; integration with enterprise Single Sign-On (Azure Active Directory) is on THB's product roadmap. Users must not attempt to circumvent or weaken any security measures implemented in the App.
THB Sekhmet Technologies Pvt Ltd. is ISO/IEC 27001 certified, reflecting our adherence to internationally recognized standards for information security management.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its software, design, content, and underlying technology, are and shall remain the exclusive property of THB Sekhmet Technologies Pvt Ltd. and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the App.
The THB name, logo, and other trademarks, service marks, and brand features displayed within the App ("IP Marks") are the property of THB Sekhmet Technologies Pvt Ltd. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants any license or right to use the IP Marks, and you must not reproduce, copy, or otherwise use the IP Marks for any purpose without THB's prior written permission.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, or accuracy. While THB strives to ensure the App functions reliably and that information displayed (including patient and lead information) is accurate, THB does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects, and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any data displayed within the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or profits, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law or under THB's contractual agreement with the Customer.
Without limiting the foregoing, THB shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in the App arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including failure of mechanical, electronic, or communication equipment or networks, unauthorized access despite reasonable security measures, or events of force majeure.
THB may modify, update, or discontinue features of the App, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
